FREA – Full Taste. Zero Waste.

FREA, based in Berlin, claims to be the world's first 100 percent plant-based and waste-free restaurant. We had the privilege of creating the first book for this plant-based zero-waste restaurant, which was the winner of the 2020 WeltverbEsserer competition.

Our focus

Together with David from FREA, we developed a book design that reflects FREA's high standards of quality. The book tells the story of FREA's inception, provides insights into recipes, and introduces producers. Additionally, readers learn how to implement a zero-waste philosophy.
